Note from the President

Thank you to all who have attended the Professional Development Meetings and tours this past year! 

I would like to congratulate the new 2008/2009 board members and express a sincere thank you for dedicating their time to the Hampton Roads Chapter.

The Chapter will be busy through the summer planning for the next year. Don’t forget to mark your calendars for the APICS International Conference and Expo on September 14-16 in Kansas City, Missouri. Attending will add 24 points to your certification maintenance requirements. 

The next CSCP exam will be held December 13th. Registration will begin on October 13th, 2008 and can be completed on the APICS website.

PDMs will resume in September. If you have any suggestions for plant tours, speakers for our PDMs or educational programs, please contact me.
